Buckets of Water Golden Time Retreat

The whole day is geared towards building a sense of safety in our bodies and regulating our nervous systems.
We use a series of creative techniques somatic based exercises and psycho education to gently introduce the theory with an emphasis on practicing the techniques.
Everything is invitational so if you don't feel an activity is for you that is fine as well.
The setting is stunning and adds to the wellness of the day. It's between Muff and Burnfoot in a retreat centre called Water and Wildwood. You can almost touch the feeling of peace and healing in this place.
